hi all,

when i walk anywhere i get a painful stitch type pain down the side of my bump below belly button, I take it slowly and I'm sure its just because of the extra weight those particular muscle are having to carry (my placentas anterior(??) so its got that to content with too) but just thought i'd check on here in case it could be anything unusual.

Its a shame as I love going on long walks but now I'm barely able to make it to work and back (only about 10 mins from my home and on the flat)

I've been struggling to walk as soon as it's been more than say 5 minutes my belly feels so heavy and uncomfortable and I def waddle!! I also have an anterior placenta not sure if that makes a difference X

Yip ladies, its defo the extra weight :) I used to get it all the time but its not as frequent now. I just ensure that I take my time on my walks now, slower than a snail  and at times when I do get the stitch like pain, I stop walking and rest up which usually sorts it. x

I get this too! i used to walk to work and back to try and get excercise but i just couldnt put up with the stitch pain so now im driving to work instead
