Im in so much pain right now!, ive had this horrible pain in my legs since ive had them!.

I had a really painful couple of cramps on Thursday morning and about scared poor OH to death!, apparently i was breathing really heavy and saying 'ow!' which i had no recollection over, but he thought i was in labour! and was on the verge of calling an ambulance!

Since then my legs have been incredibly sore, ive had a few cramps in my right leg today and i was about crying :(, ive had a nice warm shower and bath in hope of it making the pain go away and it didn't even touch it :(..Im on anti biotics for a water infection so im wondering if thats caused them!

Did anyone else have painful cramps?..Im 31 weeks pregnant if thats relevant!

i had them am having them again with second baby, best thing is a warm compress and your OH massaging your legs and walk around to move the acid build up otherwise seek advice from a doctor as if it hasnt shifted in 48 hours x

I've had leg cramps since around 12 weeks, I only get them during the night, they can be do painful at times, I know how you feel!! X

Thanks guys!, it actually hurts to walk sometimes their that bad!, i only ever get them when ive been asleep and i stretch my legs!..Then its excruciating!! :|

Have a look on the tablet side effects list. If you don't have a lot of salt in your diet have a packet of ready salted crisps as a snack in the evening, night cramps can be caused by low sodium xxxxxxxxx

Oh Honey, I know the feeling, if I lay too still at night that's when they bite me :(

BB's suggestion is a good one :)

Yeah, ive had awful legs since Thursday and theres no sign of them letting up. I looked at my instructions yesterday and it said nothing about getting leg cramps, so i might have to try a salty delight later on and see if that helps the ache :)

Thanks ladies! :D
