getting back into shape

I'm still not back in shape and Isaac is neary 2! I have lost some weight but I have done it by not snacking and eating crisps and drinking endless cans of coke. Sit ups are a must to flatten your stomach but you have to keep doing them. I did them for a few weeks but as soon as I stopped I looked 5 months pg again :wall:

Lou :D

after the first two it was only a matter of a couple of months, and very little effort.

This time it required much more effort and even a diet which I've never done before. I'm 90% back to normal now, but my tummy is no longer flat, despite sit ups!

I jog or go on the cross trainer most days, and I just watch what I eat, that's all really.

I'm still not. I have been on Slimming World since the end of April and I do a lot of exercise on my crosstrainer, between 30-50k a week....................and I still look about 5 months pregnant! I put on a lot of weight in my pregnancy and I'm finding it hard to shift. But I've just turned 30  When I was younger I could lose weight really quickly. Oh well back to the celary

i'm finding it difficult to, i have not lost a single pound since the week after luke was born. i do keep fit and i walk quite a bit. our diet is reletively good. i fear i'm going to be a podgy bride in april :?

I'm pretty much down to my prepregnancy weight now thanks to doing Weight Watchers for the past couple of months. I definately found it harder this time than after Ella.

hey...i am finding things really difficult in the weight department...i put on a total of 3 stone and it is going but really slowly.

Finding it hard time wise to do exercise aswell...so i just hope with a bit more patience it will shift i am running out of 'fat clothes' lol

Ive been going to slimming world for the last month and have lost 8lb  its not much, but its a start

Ive also been going bellydancing and trying to walk lots, about 2-3 hours every few days

the belly is looking less flabby (still wobbles tho  )

half my baby weight just fell off (sorry!)- i lost 2st in 2 weeks! but iv only lost 3/4 since then, and my extra weight is definately on my tummy. it is not flat and has dimpley fat on it :puke:
iv still got a long way to go b4 i can squeeze into any of my size 6 stuff :(

well done on loosing 8 pound its half a stone so well done.

I'm still not back in shape to be honest, i put on 4 stone when i was pregnant with Soph and still haven't lost it all, i was a size 10 before Soph and i'm now between a 12 - 14, i have so many clothes that just no longer fit me but i just don't seem to be losing anymore weight!

The way i see it is, i's rather be slightly wobbly and have my precious girl than be slim and have nothing!

Ive lost hardly any and not bothered at the moment. Im eating sensibly and thats as far as it goes.
