gastric bug

mia has had this since friday i hate seeing her ill...

she wouldnt keep anything down and ive never seen so much sick in all my life..it was like she was a newborn again and she has dioreah (do not ask cos i cant spell it lol)

she seems to be getting better though..our first solid poo today and not being sick all that much

Did you take your LO to the doctor Haylii? George has had this same type of bug since Friday too. Friday he was sick after every feed. Saturday just sick once. Sunday not sick at all then today sick again after lunch.

I am thinking of taking him tomorrow morning for the drop in surgery. I am worried he'll dehydrate (although he is still drinking and doesn't seem too unwell in himself).

George had diarrhea Friday and Saturday but has done solid poo since then. Although he ha got a lot of wind and does give a little cry when he's pooing. I also hate to see him sick like this. He never was a sicky small baby and I am dreading each feed now in case he's sick again.

I hope your little girl is on the mend now. Poor little mite.

He was sick again this morning. I've got an appt for the docs this afternoon. Will let you know how we get on.

What is your tip? George is bottle fed now.

Doc said just to keep feeding little bottles of milk and cut out the solids for a day or so.. just till he stops being sick. Fingers crossed he hasn't been sick today. So I'm really hoping it's on it's way out.

He was up at 4am last night crying for a feed. It was like going back to the early days
