I posted this in b&t but thought its probably best here..

Was wondering if anybody had any tips/advice?

I have epic gallstones that I'm refusing having removed until H is older, consequently I can have pretty horrendous gallstones attacks which require a trip up to a&e for gas & air & iv paracetamol (can't have anything stronger because I'm still bfing).

The only thing that can ward them off is by cutting out fat from my diet completely, but this is much much harder than it seems as fat is pretty much in anything nice!

I still have shredded wheat in the mornings but have it with 1% milk, but apart from that I'm not really having anything (apart from trace amounts in stuff). But I'm really struggling with what I can eat for lunch/tea? The past two days I've had prawns in jacket potatoes which is 2% fat for lunch, and skinless chicken with lots of veg for tea, and snacks I'm having fruit or jelly tots haha as there's no fat in either.

But I'm already getting very bored! Luckily I can have fizzy drinks which have been my savour for stopping eating chocolate/biscuits/crisp, and I've definitely seen an improvement in the pain, but I need some new meal ideas!
