I like Gabriel for a boy - Gabe for short. DH says he'll get called Gay at school though

I think most lads get called gay at school anyway at some point, don't think you're adding to the risk!

Other G's I liked: Gareth (after his daddy), Gram (but my friend's got that one) and Giacomo (pronounced JACK-omo, but couldn't get anyone to go for that!)

My next-door neighbours 10 year old is called Gabriel, and it really suits him. They call him Gabe for short. He gets no problems at school with it.

Personally, I really like it.
