My heads all fuzzy, sorry thats the best way I can describe it!

Its like I'm not quite with it and its all foggy, I'm find it very hard to concentrate. Any one else feeling like this?

Also the sickness is starting to kick. When I was having my shower this morning I thought I was going to faint and had to sit on the floor for five mins and going through all the motions without actually being sick (sorry tmi), feel awful. I hope it doesn't get any worse, sorry for moaning. :(

Yeh the exact same thing! I was trying to explain it to DH, and i was like, imagine everythign inside your head was grey :wall: I think he understood me....

I know what you mean, its like feeling light headed all of the time and feeling as though your "not really here" if you get what I mean. Its kind of hard to describe lol.
A few times I've had to lie on the floor and close my eyes for a few mins, its also a similar feeling to when you have been out drinking, have drank to much, then get into bed and your head just spins - its really horrible.
Could possibly be your blood pressure dropping, mine dropped really low with my first pregnancy and I nearly collapsed in Tesco, my OH had to drive me across the road to the hospital because I didn't know what the hell was happening to me.
Drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fruit and veg, especially green veg like broccoli and spinach, they have lots of iron in, which is good, especially for those of you who are anaemic, the added bonus is its really good for you!
It would still be worth seeing your GP though, and recording when you feel like it, as it could simply be that the steam from shower/bath is getting to you, or standing up to quickly.
Hope this helps a little.

x

 Sorry, sneaking in here from third tri

Also, try wearing layers so you don't get too hot. Make sure you eat well (including a decent brekkie!) otherwise your BP will drop which makes you feel 'fuzzy headed'

It gets better... before it gets worse! :rotfl:

I actually suffer all the time from Brain fog! (yes that is the real term for it lmao)
Its not good lol and i have found it worse while Pregnant!

I'm glad i'm not the only one.

I feel much better now but felt terrible this morning when I posted so sorry about my self indulgent moan.
