So I've only been ttc for about 3 months which is nothing really, especially since I haven't been very good at bd ing at the right time as I always run out of opk's by the time I Ov! I have 3 dc's already so I know or can be done. And yes I am a greedy cow! Lol.
So im armed with opk's, agnus castus, conception lube (oooohh hubby will be pleased).
I know I ov relatively late too but that's about all I know about my own body lol.
What's everyone elses chosen methods of optimizing conception?
