Formula to cows milk

I know this question has been asked over and over again but...

Do you do a straight swap or gradually do it??

We did a straight swap when lo turned 1 with no problems x

Well it turns out nursery have been giving it to her anyway in a beaker!! Even thought I said she's still on formula. Thanks anyway xxx

Iv already put ruby onto cows milk . HV advised me to and it fills her alot more x

I did a straight swap at 10/11 months x it took him about a week to take it properly but now he loves it xx

I might start swapping her over then full time and tell nursery to not get any formula in x

I did a straight swap at 1 with my eldest. My youngest is one on the 11th and will be going strsight to cows milk x

I did formula as last bottle only for about a week then after that she just has 8oz of cows milk in the morning and before bed and water throughout the day x
