For mummies who had SPD

I had it really bad in the last 8 weeks or so, maybe cos Ryan was quite a big baby and I had polyhydramnios (alot more fluid than I should've had) so I was so big and heavy.

I ended up having a c section but it had nothing to do with the SPD, like Budge said I dont think its necessary unless its really severe.

But after I had Ryan the pain was gone completely
