foods to aid TTC

hi all my drling hubby asked me the other day if there are any foods/drinks that he could include/exclude from his diet to help us conceive (bless him)

so i was wondering if any of you lovely ladies know if there is anything that hubby and i could be doing to help us?

any advice would be great thank you
 
From what I understand, zinc and selenium are nutrients that men need to keep a strong sperm count. So, oysters, red meat, poultry, beans, whole grains, dairy products are good to eat for zinc. For selenium, try to get brazilnuts, and pork seems to be good too.

Avoiding smoking and cut down alcohol as these are not good for the spermies.

It's great that your husband is being proactive about this!
 
I've got mine on zinc tablets, and soemtimes folic acid when I remember to share mine!
