Please help! I'm so sick of this after 5 years of feeling like a mother without a child :(. I've decided to do a strict diet for a few months (while we wait for more appts) but I'm in a bit of a mess over what I should be having? Any ideas are welcome (on both what to eat and what not to eat!).

I have endometriosis and lots of allergies and I guess these immunal issues are the reason we can't get a bfp. Because of the allergies I can't take the usual well woman supplements or eat many of the foods that people say might help. I tried taking folic acid, fish oils and vit supplements for a couple of months but got so dizzy I couldn't drive so had to stop them all, then got busy with life again!

Hey, I have recently been to see a nutritionist as I have Hashimotos(auto-immune disease) which causes thyroid problems and swelling and I have pcos. She is running a full blood count and coeliac test for me and also said to try gluten free foods and clean eating as much as possible. Try and eat 3 main meals, with 2 snacks in between. Food wise, fruit, veg, lots of protein, some carbs. Apparently maca powder is good for fertility (can use in smoothies) cook using coconut oil and lots of filtered water(not bottled). See if you can maybe find a nutritionist in your area that can help you, it did cost me £70 but if it helps my health and fertility then great :) x
