Food storage

Hello Mummies,

I have just pureed some carrots, broccoli and cauliflowe and put into little pots just wondering how long can it be in the fridge for and how long in freezer as I have a bout a weeks worth.

I freeze my food straight away and normally use it within a month. I always make a weeks worth up at a time but don't always use it in a week so it's in the freezer for afew weeks x.

I think it lasts a couple of months in the freezer, I'd say a month if it contains meat. I would prob use it within a day or so if it has been in the fridge xxx

i keep my fresh veg in the fridge for 5-7 days and if i got more than a weeks worth i freeze it on the day i made it x
