Follow up apponintment after a 4th degree tear

Hello! Is there anybody who had a 4th degree tear?
I'm having my first specialist appointment on Monday and I'm very nervous about it. I'm not sure what to expect. I still have a lot of problems. (19 weeks after giving birth) I'm really nervous about it. I also wondered if they would be able to tell me the reason for my tear?

I don't know but I would be interested to hear what happens when you go. I had two 2nd degree tears even though I did everything they told me to when pushing and I'm worried this will happen again when no 2 comes out. Good luck with the appointment
