hi girls, I thought I would share this with you as it works wonders for my little Miran. He suffers from lots of wind. I am using Infacol which seems to help. However, from time to time Miran screems and seems to be in pain. I was afraid he was having colic as it happened two days in a row at the same time. I told my sister who has got a three months old baby and she sent me Flatulin from back home. He settled within 5 minutes. 
Those with windy / colicy babies might give it a go.
This is a describtion I goggled:
Natural aid used against tympany and related flatulence, and for stomach aches in both children and adults. It is well absorbed through the skin and owing to its composition it may be used for small children including infants. Use: Apply a suitable amount of gel on the stomach skin and rub in gently.
