flashbacks

is it just me, or does anyone else get 'birth flashbacks' when they dress their baby and the head pops through...

makes me shudder i almost have to look away, how stupid is that, i didnt even have a traumatic birth!!

Yeh i do, i struggled to even talk about labour/birth up until a few weeks ago it was really long & pretty traumatic though & i just cant seem to forget about it, im just waiting for a counselling referral.

I have flashbacks when my waters broke...it sounded a bit like when you put an empty plastic bottle into water and it makes that bubbling sound!

I enjoyed my pregnancy with my daughter and her birth was fast and easy.

I am not going through it again!

Yes i have flashbacks still from both of my kids entrances.

I'm considering hypnosis to go through it again as I had lots of drugs and there's lots I cannot recall, so I love the flashbacks, although initially I was a bit low after the birth I'm humbled by it and seeing the positives from it
