First Midwife Appointment

Hi Guys

Got my first midwife appointment today, she is coming round to my house.

Don't know what to expect, I'm looking forward to it, but slightly anxious.

What type of thing will she do?

That's nice she comes to your house.

Lots of form filling in about your and your partners medical history, possibly a wee sample and lots of talking about what's to come. On my first one she arranged my 12 week scan date but if she's coming to your house then she might not be able to do it today.

iv no idea but i just wanted to say that i hope it goes well!!

Wish mine came to my house. Lots of paperwork, get weighed, discuss tests in pregnancy etc. I have mine next week and I'm dreading it coz MW is gonna tell me off for my weight She was my MW first time round when I was 9 stone and think she will have a heart attack when she sees me now at a few stone heavier than that Sorry went off on one then, enjoy your appointment hun
