Did much better with my injections this morning. Used a deep breathing technique to relax and stay calm, the same as I did for my hsg.kept wriggling my toes too.

Only two more sleeps before my first scan!

No, not really. Had so many scans they don't feel special any more, and I have complete faith in my body responding. Only thing I'm nervous about is how much longer my injections will be for!
