good luck honey,had one of those then had to wait for one year,we were told to keep on trying for another one year then because it didnt happen,i had laporoscopy then i conceived the same month i had it done

Thanks everybody. App was a bit horrible to be honest. Just asked us loads of questions which I could have filled in prior to app, she said all my results are fine and not low at all! So now gonna test for rubella abs lupus. But the big blow was with my husband. After the gp told us everything was fine, it turns out he actually has low sperm mobility and it's very very thick??? So he has to repeat that and have sperm washing.

Oh and they don't have a space for our next app until December 20th grr. So just a long wait and no closer to the truth in all this! But at least we are in the system now.

Seems like GP's dont know much when it comes to sperm analysis. Glad you are in the system though, that seems to be the hard part in alot of cases. december seems a bit crazy to wait for an appointment.

I've read alot of ladies on here talking about diet and suppliments to improve sperm, zinc is one i think, i'm sure some of the other ladies can tell you more.

Thanks girlies! my hubbie is ok a bit down but we are sure we can get over this. Gonna call up in October after hubbies 2nd sperm test to see if there has been any cancellations so fx!!!

Hi Dita,

I might be completely wrong but why worry about the sperm when you get preggers so easily??

It must be unlikely the immobile sperm are the ones fertilizing the egg...

Do the know how often you've got preggers and if so what did they say?

If you're keen to get sorted my private doc may be well worth a visit.

Also, I'm about to post you the book, it's a great read for both you and Hubby!

That's exactly what I thought maybe! I just feel more confused after the app than before! They know that I've been pregnant 4x but just didn't say anything about it really! Was more like a questionnaire... I asked about low progesterone, septums etc... She just said my results were "normal" (but I'd previously been told progesterone was low) and she would refer me for u/s.

My husband mentioned last night about your dr so I may well be going in his direction! And thanks for the book!
