First fertility app tomorrow

Honestly babe, you sound like you're about to go through all the same shit I did, they looked at me like I was a mentalist all the questions I asked and I was told so many untrue and conflicting things!

Do you have private health care, great if you do, if not an initial consultation would be £125, you'll see straight away the difference, my docs website is- http://www.lucianonardo.com/

With progesterone I would ask the GP to repeat it, I've had varying results and I do obviously OV, my private doc isn't at all worried by my results either, I bet if you did it again it could come back fine, skip breakie too as its more accurate as a fasting blood test.

Book's on the way first class! :)

xx

Thanks chick!!!

I think I'm gonna book with your doc... I really really wanna be pregnant with a sticky by Xmas. I'm pretty sure you will be too so would be great to both be success stories! When are you back in the game lol x

I really don't think you'll regret it, you can see him either at Spire, not far from Manchester City centre or at the Alexandra in Cheadle, I've seen him at both so far, he's so nice too! :)

Oooh keep me posted, I got an appointment the same week!

I was diagnosed and treated in the space of three weeks!

He said today I'll be pregers within 6 months I said, I'll see you in two weeks lol ( I OV soon!)!!

xx

I feel like such a fool; what happens if I get pregnant this cycle (I'm 3dpo) I didn't even ask at the clinic. I'm assuming I'll have to phone up and get seen asap? I want them to do something to keep me pregnant - cyclogest hopefully or something like that?! Guess I should test early this cycle??? Ooo I dunno :-/

Hi Hun,

Are you talking about the NHS clinic or the private one, usually the NHS won't give you progesterone, have you discussed this with them, also Hun, you know your low progesterone, how many times have you had the test done, have you had it more than once in a cycle and also what was your result?

I was massively stressed last time I got pregnant, I couldn't do it again now if I didn't have proper care.

I will always test early now then I can start my progesterone, I had BFPs at 9, 10, 11, and 12 dpo before so I know it's worth poas!

I'm thinking the private clinic, don't wanna wait around longer!

I got progesterone checked 7dpo it was level 33 which I don't think is low anymore?!

Hi Dita,

No it's not low you know, even my 29 my doc wasn't concerned about, he might want to do a hysteroscopy to rule out anything preventing proper implantation, I think our cases are quite similar aren't they have you had any other blood tests or an ultrasound?

xx

Yea I think were practically identical lol. I always talk about you to my husband and you're the reason he's agreed to go private lol when I told him bout the difference in your treatment!

I've had cd3 bloods which were fine but repeating them again this month and have u/s booked xxx

Ahh yeah we are the same, the only other things I've had test wise, that would be well worth doing are anticardio lipin bloods, they basically check for clotting disorders, also worth ruling out are thrombosillia and Lupus, these blood can all be done by your GP if you ask them.

One thing that Dr Nardo explained to me is that I was not a recurrent miscarriage case and my pregnancies were biochemical and the problem was at implantation, I would assume it might be the same with you.

I can't wait to hear how you get on, keep me posted won't you!

xx
