First baby question re: feeling bub move

If your placenta is anterior, at the front, then this cushions the mopvements so you feel them later. I had this with dd and didn't feel movements til between 22 & 23 weeks. But posterior this time and felt between 18 & 19 weeks x x

Im 16 odd and ive felt it wooooo loool at first i thort thats wind! Then it kinda carried on and got bit stronger x

Well I think I finally may be feeling something?

It kind of feels like a squiggling low down in my abdomen - it happens two of three times then stops... It's really hard to explain but it happened last night too. It's like a feeling totally independant of "me" if that makes sense. I know when I have wind / have overeaten etc.. this is totally different! It's a totally unfamiliar feeling!!!

Both times I was in the same place (sitting at dining room table!)

It could just be gas of course

Yep defo sounds like LO to me, my first movements were low down too, just above my public bone. I used to feel them in the car driving to work, kind of a seatbelt level.

Whoop - it was def about pubic bone level.

Nothing since last night but hopefully I'll start to notice it more now?

I feel a little guilty as surely I should "know for sure" it's bub? I feel silly that I am not sure

Great news Nat! Hopefully bub will be making more appearances for you and oh! My bump is sometimes more solid on one side than the other so I guess this must be bambino always on the right side of my belly button!

How exciting, was trying to explain it to OH and I felt a little bit bad that I get to have all this amazing stuff going on and he cannot really share it?

I know he'll be able to feel bub kick eventually but it's not the same?

All of mine were 24 weeks onwards..... boo hoo , but when they come that late, it's only about two weeks before they are really lovely and strong...

I still sometimes think 'was that baby?' and probably will do until movements are more regular and more defined

I was about 17 weeks and then I had to lay down and really concentrate. I'm now nearly 21 weeks and get movements (it feels like there is a small bird fluttering around your tummy!!) everyday and have even had the odd kick now and then!

Awww that's lovely, isn't wonderful and suddenly it starts to feel so real there's a baby in there !!!,wow it still blows my mind each pregnancy is truly a miracle . So happy for you carnat enjoy each and every movement . xx

Finally tonight my husband felt little man for the first time, he was having a good old kick!! Then..., we saw my tummy moving :-D AMAZING!!!! Xx

It's soo weird when you see your tummy bounce and wriggle! And LO always has what I think is her bum sticking out on the right side. x
