Ive not got the recipe book to hand but basically the pesto pitta breads are Pitta bread spread with some butter and crushed garlic, a bit of pesto on the top and then topped with Parmesan cheese and either put under the grill or popped in the oven till the cheese has melted. Wait till they've cooled and cut into fingers they are also freezable xx
I haven't made pitta pizzas but the indian lady accross the street makes naan bread pizzas and they're so nice I made some and cut them into fingers and Lewis demolished them lol
