Doctors have now referred me to the hospital as 11 months after coming off cilest I still haven't got a cycle back I've now gone another 2 months since my last one and can't track ovulation & deffo not PG.. Driving myself mad taking ovulation tests which are ALWAYS negative. Doc said it's possibly I haven't ovulated at all :(
So emotional as all me and my husband want is to be able to have our own baby. I feel so fed up and especially the fact we have been 'trying' and there's a chance I haven't ovulated at all
Just seeing if anyone has had any similar experiences ? Love to come on here and read people's experiences x

Sorry to hear you're struggling. On the plus side, you're being referred, so you're a step closer to figuring out what's going on. The sooner you can get to the bottom of that, the sooner you'll know where you stand with ttc. Not saying you'll have answers over night, but I'd try to see this as a positive thing if you possibly can. TTC can be so tough, but it's the HOPE that it will happen eventually that helps get us through the hardest times. X

Were you on the pill for a while lovely? My cycles took around six months to return when I stopped the pill xxx

I was on it for 11 years! Ive been off it for 11 months now and had 3 scattered periodsa since December. Think it's more a patience thing but finding it so hard xx

My husband and I have been trying for over 2 years with 2 mc, have been seeing a doctor they think I get blood clots when I get pregnant and they cause mc's, finding it very hard to deal with as now my sister in law is pregnant and I happy for her but at the same it it's just not fair!!!
I don't have any family near me so no one really to talk to.
Just finding it super stressful.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble although at least you are getting the tests done, it could be that there is nothing wrong, which may put your mind at rest or if there is an issue at least you are one step closer to finding out and looking at what your options are. Hopefully it will be nothing and just might be that it's taking longer to come out of your system.

I have been off the depo for two years now and my cycles still aren't as predictable as they used to be.

S1234 - I was on gederal (another cocp) and it took 16 weeks for my periods to return. The time between each cycle did get shorter but it took several months for my cycles to get "regular". I came off the pill 6 months before we officially tried to conceive and even then they weren't regular. Took us 4 months to conceive so 10 after coming off cocp but I had only been on it 18 months!
Needless to say after the birth of my son I haven't went back on it as we decided to try fri another within 2 years! The pill basically can mess your cycle but not in everyone (I know people who have conceived first month coming off the pill!!)
Your cycles will regulate! How many periods have you had in the past 11 months and how long between them? Good you've been referred but I assume all your tests will likely be normal & it'll just be a matter of time! Waiting is horrid though !! Xxx
