breakfast - 150ml pure fruit juice, 1 grilled tomato, 3 small grilled mushrooms, 1 poached egg, 1 thin slice toast with tsp butter & 2 strawberries.

Actually seems rather a lot now that I look at it :shock:

Day 1
Breakfast - 150ml pure fruit juice, 1 grilled tomato, 3 small grilled mushroom, 1 poached egg, 1 thin slice toast with 1 tsp butter & 2 strawberries

Lunch - 1 & 1/2 minted lamb burgers, veg, potatoes & gravy. 2 white chocolate muffins

Dinner - cooked diced turkey, rice, peas, cucumber, red pepper, garlic, sesame oil, sweet chilli sauce, spring onion, soy sauce, juice of 1/2 a lime. Strawberries. Olives.

Day 2
Breakfast - special K cereal bar. Water

Lunch - 3 servings sweet chilli rice snacks, 1 ritz. poached egg, cooked chicken, grilled tomato, grilled mushrooms & red pepper on dry toast. 330ml coke. Tea

not the best lunch BUT in my deffence I have been ridiculously ill so just eaten anything my nans handed me without caring about the calories, will not let this little slip stop me achieving my goals x
