Been getting alot more period type pains, since I woke up been in agony in the stomach area, more like a constant pain rather than contractions, but since I got in from skl run, i've had sharp like period pains that come & go. Had alot of dc last night not sure if its plug or not.

I've taken some paracetamol & i'm away for a lie down!

Well I dont know wether its good news or not but the pains stopped after I had a lie down. Think it must've been more pelvic pain than anything else.

Still keep getting the odd contraction/period cramp type pain but I dont think its anything to write home about.

Unsure about the plug coz we dtd last night & sometimes its hard to tell after if u know what i mean!
