Morning ladies,

I put today's temperature in and FF has moved my ovulation day off CD20 to CD18 I have no idea why. I couldn't of ovulated on CD18 as only got my + OPK CD 19. I'm so confusedScreenshot_20190817_073245_com.tamtris.fertilityfriend.jpg

I think it’s because it looks like the start of your temp shift. You have some lower measurements on CD 15 and 16 and then there’s a bit of a jump to CD18. I think this has happened because it looks like your CD 15 and 16 temps were taken at a slightly different time combined with the absent CD17 temp.

There’s a much bigger temp rise from CD19 to CD20 so I think you ovulated on CD19

OK thanks. We were away the night I missed and I was with my DD, a friend and her DD in a hotel room so couldn't really temp.
I think also I haven't been temping at the same time as I've been off work and being the school holidays I haven been getting up at the same time. I've ordered the ovusense so I'm hoping that will clear somethings up.

Thanks for your help

They say you should temp at the same time everyday to get accurate readings so it’s probably a good idea that you have the ovusense coming.
I definitely think the reason for FF not giving you an accurate answer is because of the different times and the missed day.

That all makes sense. Ovulation is obvious on your chart so fingers crossed for you. Temping really helped me keep track of my cycles and conceive in the end

Yeah I reckon so, just gonna go by the OPK, as I normally ovulate the day after a +.

I was so good with temping when trying for DD. I guess it's harder when you already have childern as your mind is always else where.

Thanks ladies

Chart strongly indicates you ovulated on day of positive OPK, as you had a strong temp shift a day later and your temp times were accurate for those days

I’ve become a pro at reading charts!

I know they usually say you ovulate 24 hours after your first positive OPK but it is possible for OPKs to change very quickly. You could have started an LH surge just after your negative OPK. You can still get a strong positive just after you’ve ovulated.
