Hi ladies,

So here i am the start of cycle 5. I have been doing a bit research to try and boost my chances of conceiving while bored in work and come across fertility smoothies.
Has anyone tried these? Does anyone have a recipe that they used?
The ones i have found online require certain things that are quite expensive so wondered if anyone just used fruit and some protein to make theirs.
Would be interested to try out any recipes you have found or used.

xx

I use hemp powder, raw cacao, frozen berries, probiotic yoghurt and almond milk.

Thank you sunflower also found one on youtube that i am going to try out too :) x

Can you post the link char? I was thinking about those yesterday.

Of course hun

Will do it once I get to work because have them saved on the laptop xx

Crumble as promised.
if you see the attached you need 1 of each category to add to your smoothie. Thought this was quite good because the recipes are endless.

I also found this one on youtube which i will be trying 1st as it all stuff you can pick up from your local supermarket.:

1 ripe banana
1 tbsp fresh or frozen blackberries
1 tbsp fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tbsp fresh or frozen strawberries
1 heaped tsp coconut butter or oil
1 small handful of pumpkin seeds
1 handful baby spinach leaves
125ml coconut water or filtered water to blend
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Will be good to share choices with each other :) xx
