I'm probably being really paranoid, but no harm in asking.

I was running for the train this morning (silly plan I know) and slipped over as the floor outside the train station was wet.

I didn't hardly hurt myself or anything, just slipped so got a graze on my knee, but I feel really sick (it's probably because I'm either really tired or havent eaten enough yet this morning), but walking around is a little bit painful too.

Sorry if too much information, but I've been to the toilet since I got into work and no signs of blood or anything (I have to be real careful as rhesus negative), so I assume I'm ok..? They always say to avoid falling over, obviously, but that only if you get some bleeding could something be wrong..

If I was to ask for emergency anti-d (again..) I would have to go for blood tests, then go back in the evening for the anti-d and it would mean me practically having a day off work. I've got a 28 week blood test for anti-d on 31st May anyway..

My plan was to just wait until then, as I really don't want to exaggerate a little fall and have a day off work (as I've had to have one emergency anti-d already) and I'll just hope I get no bleeding, and make sure baby is still kicking me..

Just needed to sound off really, would anybody do anything different?

If it is enough to make you worry now maybe it's best to get yourself checked out otherwise you will be worrying for 3 weeks.

It's not being paranoid, it's just part of being a mummy

im res neg too so id go explain to them what happened and get checked over. im sure babys fine but its best to make sure :)

I fainted in work the other week (and fell over in the process), I am rhesus neg too. I phoned my midwife and she basically told me to take it easy as there was no bleeding or anything. If I was you I would give your midwife a ring and she will be able to suggest what to do for the best. They are there to offer advice at the end of the day and it may help to put your mind at rest and help you decide whether you need to take a day off work.
