Ive felt really uncomfy all day with backache and a really uncomfy feeling into my groin area (if thats how you word it ) sorry im no good at trying to explain any ieas what it might be ladies? Looks like another restless night. :(

Not sure what it is but just wanted to say i've been feeling like this all day today too

I dont know what it is....sorry! But I hope your both ok

Is it like in your pelvic bones?! Could it be PGP?
Or does it just feel like pressure?! Ic ould be that babs has moved into a different position like turned back to back!

Lea its in the same area as you'd get your normal monthly period pains but its just a really uncomfy feeling. Just below my belly going into my pubic area. :)

i posted a thread about these kind of pains a while back, are they like stabby pains in your front bum area?
ive been having these for a few weeks now and they sometimes stop me in my tracks as they hurt! :?

The only way i can say it feels like is a burrowing feeling down in that area if it makes any sense.

I used to get these too, some of them could stop me in my tracks. Never found out what it was but used to think it was baby trying to tunnell out

Im getting this too :wall: I find when baby moves it almost feels as if she is trying to claw her way out. Also the ligaments in my groin on bothe legs are killing me so much, its like ive been riding a bike for miles and just got off :( :(

OMG I hated that! I had it all the time! Its the babies weight pressing down as the bones in your pelvis move and soften they dont hold the weight as well!
I felt like baby was being kept in by a piece of skin lol! The SPD didnt help though!

  I know how you feel!!

I have been really sore with my spd for two days now, although today is much better thank god.

I could barely walk at all due to the pain and i just kept whimpering when i moved, i dosed up on pain killers and have tried to rest, but i think that the next 9 weeks are going to be hell. If i don't have to have the c section due to my placenta then i am going to ask to be induced again at 38 weeks!

I used to get that but I found sitting on my adult sized spacehopper and having a little bounce really helped ease it :cheer:  x xxx

I sometimes get pains in my pelvis and the physio taught me a really good exercise. If you take a deep breath in and when you breath out you pull in your stomach muscles slowly and hold it for as long as you can (all day if you like). Apparently it helps to lift the baby so it isn't putting pressure on your pelvis and it helps your stomach muscles in the longterm. Don't worry but if you look at your stomach when you are doing it it lifts a little and totally reduces in size! Its weird.

I haven't had pain there for a few weeks now so must be working and it isn't harmful for the baby at all.

S x
