Having a down day !

havent been able to sleep properly for a few weeks now, and im so uncomfy in bed at night, I just wish it was all over and baby would arrive !

I know you all prob feel the same ! Im tryin not to moan but its really getting me down, Im so tired all the time , and worried when Im in labour im going to be so ratty and horrible as I am already so tired !

I need a hug ! :( :( :(

Still didnt sleep last night, just so sore when I lie down !

Hopefully dont have 4 more weeks of this !

Got midwife tomorrow so hopefully they have some ideas on how to sleep ! :hug:

Definitely try and get some sleep if you can, as when baby arrives you will not get any.........I promise I thought I wasnt getting much sleep during my last few weeks of pregnancy as I was in so much pain with my hips, bump etc, BUT nothing can ever prepare you for the lack of sleep you will experience once your LO arrives - I worked out on average I get 2.5 - 3.5 hours sleep a night if I am lucky :D

Get lots of soft pillows and position them all around you and try having a hot bath before going to bed!

I've gave up at 3.30. Can't for the life of me get comfy and then once I'm awake and the mind starts buzzing...gah, I dunno.

I'm the same honey.

Only advice i can give is to try not to stress about it. I've started just plugging headphones into a little radio by my bed and listening to the radio quietly when i can't sleep, and try not to think about what time it is, just that it's good that i'm lying down and relaxing, even if i'm not sleeping. Normally i end up dropping off ( as long as radio station is boring enough!) Otherwise i spend the whole night looking at the clock, getting really stressed out, which keeps me more awake. Also, just try to treat yourself today. have a long bath, put on a face pack, do your nails...just look after youself... it can help relax you come bed time

Think i will try a nice long bubble bath in a bit ! have had a busy day today !
