Feeling Pants

Will this ever end i feel pretty blooming awful as i thought the sickness and nausea had gone its back and seems to be on and off all day long and i feel like i have absolutely no energy for things. To make it worse im looking after my 2 lo's aswell as my friends for her as she has no baby sitter. All i want to do is go to bed and stay there or atleast rest. No such luck there though
