feeling lonely.

i really miss my mum she moved to australia 6 months ago i rarely speak to her except online anymore and she hasnt seen molly yet my partners back at work and its just me my two boys and molly i feel really alone we have just moved i havent got any friends round here or family.
i had to go to hospital to have molly on my own because i had a quick delivery and my oh's dad couldnt get here in time.
i feel like crying alot its probably just hormones but i have no one to show my little girl off to and my mum and dad a both abroad i feel slightly abandoned, there is no way we can afford to travel 24hrs with three small children to see her and she wont come to visit untill christmas which is ages away.

i just wish i could see her and she could see molly..

Awww hannah are you getting out much?
Are there any baby groups near you. They can be an absolute life saver to a lonely mom I definitley recommend getting to a couple.

i dont know i will definatley look that up i havent been out on my own since molly arrived ive been out with my oh and all of them but im worried i dont drive and i know i just need to do it but i dont like getting on the bus i feel like everyone looks at you and with three you have to have enough room on the bus and ask people to move its embarrising,
i do love being a mummy and i love all of my babies but i do feel like the more i stay in im losing confidence to socialise with people i dont know where to start.

Aww I'm sure if you take the plunge it will be worth it.

Cow and gate have a great section on their website "neighbourhood mums" It shows other moms in your area who have registered and want make new friends close to where they live

Awwww Hannah i know how you feel hun, i emigrated to Oz March 05, i feel so lonely and was gutted i had noone to show Abi off to, needless to say i'm moving back to the uk in a weeks time can't wait, where in Oz are your parents? where do you live?
