Feeling down

Hubby and I went to our friends sons 1 year old Birthday party today and normally he loves me, I have stopped him crying on many occasions, but today I could not stop him crying then when his Mum took him he stopped almost immedietly!
Am I going to be a terrible Mum?

Kids are just sensitive. I look after a little boy every Thursday and some days he loves me and other days only Mum will do, don't take it personally hun x

Kids can just get that way sometimes. Perhaps he's coming down with a cold or something, just having an off day.

When it's your own kid it'll be different.

Don't be down - our friends have a 1 year old and it's the same thing. I always joke "it's not me it's you" hehe!
