I've just ran around to the shop, came back in through the back yard and we have a massive blue plastic dog bed for bob (which he is scared of may I add) I stepped into it to get into the yard, which I do nearly everyday... today its slid away from me so ive knocked my shin on the back of the dogs bed and went arse over tit... the poor dog didnt know what to do with himself and came running over to lick my face!!! so ive now got a lovely blue bump coming in the middle of my shin.....

bloody stupid wedge flip flops and dog bed....... I fell so stupid but its killing

I know I can laugh about it now.... there was people walking past and the back gate was open... they didnt laugh much honest
