Been feeling Generally unwell today had lots of pressure today baby was really pushing down which was causing this horrible kinda "stabbing" pain, So I have just left it to see if anything happened , and I swear I have just been to the toilet and have reallly bad runs (tmi) it's also making me feel sick though at the same time as stomache upset

Any idea what this could be?
