Feel a bit daft

For the last couple of weeks Sebastian has barely been touching his lunch. I was starting to worry a little bit as he's always been a fantastic eater. Anyway on Sunday he didn't have his usual mid morning nap and at lunch time he ate all of his lunch and it hit me! I think the reason he hasn't been eating his lunch is because he usually naps between snack time and lunch time and isn't burning off the energy and food from breakfast and snack. So yesterday and today I swapped his nap to after lunch and he's eaten all of his lunch both days! I feel so silly for not realising before hand!!! D'oh!
