Feeding routines at 1

He all, well Noah is turning 1 next month, so I want to start getting him off the bottles.
Can you tell me what you feed your 1 year olds and what your routine is?
I intend to stay giving Noah a milky drink like ovaltine (lots of iron) or something before bed, but out of a cup, but he still wakes up at about 5-6 in the moring for a bottle. When did yours grow out of this habbit?

every child is differnt hun Adele would have i know this is silly but she had porridge before going to bed and she used to sleep right till 11am it was great and she would be in bed no later than 10pm. But now she has her tea and toast before bed at 8pm but shes up at 5,30 am asking if cbeebies has started yet im convinced she has an alarm clock in her room
