Hi pip form what I gather movements aren't monitored until 24 weeks, still too much room in there to feel everything so it can be moving away and you not feeling. on my 20 week scan the baby did two huge kicks on the screen and I didn't feel a thing, so try not to worry

Hi Pip: I'd give the same advice as Bricey, too earlier for them to be felt regularly atm. Give it a few more weeks, and the fact that Doppler is working fine is a definite positive

Had any one seen the baby and toddler show on in Manchester this weekend? I've just booked tickets as it seemed to have some good stands and will be nice to have a nosey round as I can't see any more near me before baby T makes his appearance:

We have round 2 of our 20 week scan next Friday so hopefully we can have the gender confirmed! Yay!
And plus we get to see baby again, hopefully not being so stubborn!

I've come home from work early, really suffering with a bad back and my pelvis is so uncomfortable to a trip to the drs it is!

Thanks for the advise girlies it's appreciated! I've got the midwife next Friday anyway so i'll just keep monitoring it with the doppler!

I've seen the baby & toddler thing at event city in manchester Mrs T, it'll be well worth going. We went to a wedding one earlier on in the year! It was really good for ideas, bargains and FREEBIES!! You haven't paid full price for the tickets have you? I know they are only £10 each but you can get free or discounted ones...!? I wish we were going, but we move house next weekend and still got lots to do. Have to let me know what it's like!

I agree about movements it's def too early to worry about no movement but I remember with my first I did! Have you been really busy? I still only feel baby when I'm Sat down so try just lying down after some chocolate or something, I bet that will get some wiggles going! I bet it's reassuring to hear the hb on the Doppler
Enjoy the wedding show MrsT, we have plans otherwise i'd be tempted to book tickets too.
Sarah I think your hubby has made a good choice with the oyster, I think I'm going for the oyster Max for my double. They look fab and reasonably priced.

I've been to a few london baby shows and they're pretty good, especially if you go on the last day.

I got a really discounted high chair and cot bed with mattress. I asked to take it there and then, and they knocked loads off as it saved them packing it up!

It was an ikea moment though, when you get to the car and wonder how it's going in!

Still no energy, no glow, no rest from multiple nightly toilet trips lol and baby has figured how to dance on my bladder really well! Lots of movement now, several times a day, especially around 9pm as im tucked up in bed Kicks and rolls, we can see it from the outside Approaching 22 weeks on tuesday then the 'V Day' countdown begins! xXx

I moved my 20 week one to when I'll be about 23 weeks, as I can't do it before. Then it'll be v day! Then the real countdown is on!

We have our 2nd attempt at our 20week scan next Friday, and I think I've finally started to feel baby rolling around but only in the evening when I'm laying in bed. It's quite sweet really

I can't believe we are all over half way there now!

I am starting to organise when I'll be leaving work (as I won't be going back because they can't give me enough hours). I'm thinking of my last day being Christmas Eve and then taking holiday into the beginning of January. That's starting to make me excited!

Me and mum are planning a trip to kiddicare in Peterborough to go pushchair shopping in the next couple of weeks which is exciting!

Ooh Toni I went to kiddicare on Peterborough when I was expecting my first.. Loved it as there's so much choice!

Blondy I too feel very day as I just keep eating rubbish... Sweet mainly and I'm justifying it to myself by saying "well I'd normally be having a few glasses of wine!!"

Ooh forgot to say blondy as I know you mentioned about taking your LG to your scan. Our hospital policy was that they couldn't go in while I had the initial scan where they check everything/do measurements, but they call them in at the end and run through everything. So hubby (and LO) still got to see everything.

Hey my lovely ladies

Just read two pages worth of you lot chatting bless you all hope scans went ok and I have been away as it was my birthday Friday and in Blackpool and the signal in hotel is not good at all xx we got our scan on Tuesday at 8.30..... Helen really suffering with heart burn so she is caring a mini gaviscon with her.... I put my Hand on belly last night and it is really strong best way to describe it is like some1 flicking ur hand.....eeeee so excited half way today xxxx

Lots of pain this lunchtime :/ Really low period type cramps right at the bottom of bump. Duno if this is due to still being constipated or what?? Baby is moving alot so I'm not overly worried but would like it to go away!
Anyone else?
