Faulty groegg

I bought a groegg a month or so ago and only this evening got it out (wanted to check temp of my room! Lol) but it stays on 0.0'c. Is there something I need to do to it before it starts working or is bit faulty?

Sounds faulty I'm afraid mine constantly shows too hot and causes me more stress than good that said mine was second hand so mayb new ones need something doing?

i purchased a new one and plugged it in and it worked straight away so i think its faulty, make sure the wire is in properly at the back xx

Sounds faulty mine worked straight away had it on for over 6 weeks.
