Expressing - which boob??

I usually just offer G one boob, she doesn't tend to empty. The next feed she gets the other.

Just wondering how everyone else manages expressing - do u do the one they've just had, or the one they are going to get, if it's the one you've not fed from do u offer it next or go back to the first??

wish i could help hun, my greedy guts takes both quite often and only leaves some in the 2nd. generally i expressed the opposite one to the one she was on at the time as she can always get more out than i can anyway so should still have some left for her. plus body will make more if she needs it

I generally count expressing as a feed so Will put baby on left, Express right, then put him back on left. But always make sure the next day you express from the opposite or you may end up with one massive boob!
