I am going away for the weekend & want to take bottles of ebm with me because he tends to not feed very well when we are out.

So I am expressing probably 4 times a day atm aswell as the normal feeds because I don't tend to get much from expressing sessions (probably half a bottles worth), but I think I'm getting oversupply because of it. This morning H was practically drowning in foremilk, I had to take him off & hand express for a few minutes.

Will this settle back down once I stop expressing? Is there anything I can do about it or do I need to just hand express before feeding til I stop expressing regularly?

I'd say your body is overproducing cos it thinks baby needs more as you're expressing and still doing normal feeds. Think your body will eventually get used to it and settle down x

I'm lucky if I get half of that! Haha x

I had a bit of over supply which made it hard for my lo to latch because of a fast let down. I use to have to express a little but found as he got older he latches on much easier, he copes with my let down now.
