Expressing after drinking

I've had 5 single vodka & cokes over 4 hours. Last drink two hours ago.
I'm just expressing now (LO at mums) but I struggle with supply so much I'm loathe to throw it away.

If I freeze it in 1oz portions, will it be ok to mix in with another 5oz to make a full feed...or do I have to dump it

What did you do? I think it would be fine. The percentage of alcohol that makes it into milk is tiny and you had 2 hours for it to metabolise to even less.

2 hours after should be fine esp if its 1 oz portions

I pooled all the milk and split it down just couldn't waste it!
