My nostrils are ruined. How will I ever not smell it?!

Put him back down after feed about half 3. He started straining in his cot so much so milk came back up a bit thru his mouth and nose! Picked him up and he did 2 almighty sharts and I felt it just whoosh up his back *heave*.

Poor wee guy left us both traumatised.

He's asleep now but I had to hold him for 5 mins to settle him. It's a wonder how I'm going to settle myself! Lol.

I had Owen nappiless once and he wanted to jump up and down on the sofa so I was holding him and let him do it, not realising he pooped at the same time! That was something else when I realised!! Lol
