Hi ladies.

I'm feeling super blessed right now as Im 11wk pregnant with my 3rd baby.

The only issue has been extreme exhaustion, I have had my Iron checked and all was fine and I have eased off on unnecessary housework and hubby has been helping more with the kids but I just feel so hidiously tired.

I have my 12wk scan next week and I'm clinging on to the hope that I will feel more myself in a few weeks.

Please tell me it gets better as I'm sure I wasn't this bad until the end of my last pregnancy.

Hi Selina, congratulations!
I am 19wks with baby number 3 and the exhaustion has been horrendous this time! Admittedly after the morning sickness went I did feel a bit better but overall I feel more tired this time than the previous 2 pregnancies. Perhaps it’s having 2 other children to look after or maybe because I’m no spring chicken anymore...
My pregnancy book promised me energy in Tri 2 and I’m still waiting:roll:
Hope you get some more energy soon, and good luck for your scan next week:)

Oh god it's awful isn't it?! Yeah may be age goes against us like you say (I'm 34). Thank you for replying. I just feel so alone with it and everyday seems to be a struggle!

Congratulations to you- are you worried about becoming a mum of 3? X

I feel like an old lady needing to rest a lot:rotfl:
Yes, although this was planned I have moments where I think this is going to be impossible and relentless. But we’ve discussed taking it one day at a time and spend late summer getting into a routine before school starts which should help. How do you feel about having 3? How old are your other 2? Mine are 7.5 and almost 3. X

My eldest will be 4.5yr and starting school in Sept I'm due and my baby will be 18mt. So all very little.
I'm more worried about the impact of having a tired, lazy mummy that is now struggling with spd on the kids than the baby arriving and managing all that!
I'm like an old woman too!!

Pregnancy does not agree with me but I feel determined to enjoy this as it will 100% be the last child we have. 3 kids is plenty!

I'm looking forward to having baby in my arms already and I'm not even half way! x
