    Hi,
    Just wondering if anyone else is in same situation with OH?
    My DH is always in the gym and I know that all the books say exercise is good for you but I'm beginning to wonder if maybe this is part of our long ttc problem.

    He does loads of heavy weight lifting and always works out to the point where you can't do anymore. I've read this can lower spermies by 52%.

    But I can't seem to make him understand this. What can I do?

    I've had all blood tests, I ovulate each month, when I had ectopic they examined everything and they couldn't see any problems.

    So is he the problem?

    He'll happily take supplements but won't use that little pot that the doctor gave us :wall:

    Any suggestions anyone?
