Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if you can give me some advice. I train weekly with a pt and take regular spin classes. I'm not crazy fit or anything, I'm actually overweight. I just found out I'm pregnant and wonder what exercises are good and which ones are ok to be done in this early stage. I want to minimise my weight gain (obviously) as I put weight on so so easily!!

You should be fine carrying on with anything that your body is already used to (assuming it is none contact & your doctor hadn't advised you otherwise!) pretty sure you should avoid lying directly on your back as bump
Gets bigger too.. If in doubt swimming, walking & pregnancy yoga are all recommended!

I carried on at the gym until 35 weeks last time & really found that it helped with restless legs etc! I'm being much lazier this time though lol!

Do what you are comfortable with & don't push yourself too hard, enjoy your pregnancy, the gym
Will still be there afterwards - that's what I'm telling myself anyway haha! :)
