I want to keep exercising during my pg, but I am a little worried about doing anything yet as it is still early days. Every little stretch concerns me!

I was working on toning muscles and building strength at the gym prior to us becoming pg.Does any body have any advice on what type of exercise I can do at this stage?
 
Hi There

I started swimming as soon as I felt up for it and I also do an aqua natal class each week.

There is a good exercise for strengthening your stomach muscles.

You are on all fours and you just pull your stomach muscles in whilst bringing your head down to you chest and then release your stomach muscles and move you head forward. (Like the cat curl).

If you do a search on the web you will find loads of useful information on exercising during pregnancy.
