Exercise: Zumba

    I have not done any proper exercise since November of my first pregnancy that sadly only lasted 12 weeks. I've kept meaning to start again but have been to tired and morning sickness.

    Now I'm in Tri 2 and that I had a leaflet through the door today of Zumba class in my local centre I would like to start back.

    Would it be ok? I did Zumba before pregnancy but not in a few months.

    I'd check with your midwife and the instructor. I did aerobics until I was about 19 weeks but just felt like I couldn't keep up so just go to the gym now.

    I was told to stop a few things that involved weights but I can't remember what the advice was about Zumba xx
