I've just signed up for a Zumba class. It starts tonight. Its a 6 week course. Do you think it would be ok to try? I have done it before but not on a regular basis. I plan to not over exert myself too much. If I didn't sign up this week all the places would have been filled up and if I'm not pg I would be kicking myself. ANy advice? Or should I make an excuse and get out of it this week?
