Hi ladies
Does anyone have any advice re going to the gym in the two week wait? I have read conflicting things.
I have read not to go swimming because of the cold uterus thing and to avoid any abdominal exercises. I also read not to use the stepper because of your hips. I usually walk uphill, cycle, lift light weights, use a machine to exercise my thighs and sometimes row. Are these ok? I wouldn't want them to prevent implantation.
Exercise helps me with my PCOS so I do find it helpful generally, but I have to be careful anyway (not do excess exercise and watch my heart rate) as I have epilepsy and strenuous exercise can trigger seizures. Part of me says I have gone years with no exercise and nothing has happened; also, it gets my blood pumping which is surely good?
Maybe someone can clarify 😊
